Tiw Pek Hong

Architect, triathlon first timer

Tiw Pek Hong

Pek Hong joined our training a few months before his first multisport race. Back then, he had little knowledge on the approach towards swim-bike-run training and found himself tiring out easily during training.

Through analysing and identifying his strengths and weaknesses, we effectively helped him build up the core foundations he needed with specific drills.

Since working with us in early 2016, he has become more aware and in control of his pacing and thus able to effectively work at different efforts targeting different energy systems.

Pek Hong has also successfully completed his first Ironman 70.3.

Aaron Kiss

UWC student, national junior triathlete

Aaron Kiss

Aaron came to us at the start of 2017 with a one-year foundation in the sport and hungry for a highly competitive environment. We were the only ones who could provide him with that locally.

As much as he was looking forward to challenge himself, he came along with niggling injuries that required specific strength and conditioning work to address.

Since working with us, he has begun the 2o17 season with a bang and we look forward to more promising performances ahead.

Christy Jeremia Suriadi

Ngee Ann Polytechnic student, national triathlete

Christy Jeremia Suriadi

After an accident in 2014 which made it hard for her to even walk, Christy found herself returning to the sport as one of the four founding athletes of SWA through our tutelage.

The newly-formed camaraderie was key in helping her kick guy’s asses in her comeback year. She rounded off 2016 with multiple podium finishes, locally and abroad.

At the same time, her aspirations of competing on an international scale radiates the same energy through to all her teammates.

2017 will be her first year transiting from a junior and we can expect to see her active across the Asian triathlon circuit.

I have fun training with the squad and coaches. The most rewarding part is to see improvements season after season.
